BCL 2011 - LEVEL B TOURNAMENT : Match Starting time 3PM (Toss at 2:50 PM), Toss can be done by Captain or his deputed person. 20 min (3:10 PM) late will be Toss loss, 30 min (3:20 PM) late will loss of 2 overs, 40 min (3:30 PM) late will be loss of 5 overs & 1 hour (3:50 PM) late will be walk over. Kindly cooperate to start the matches on time.
